Name: Fish with Sweet sauce (Simple) + Rice
Time: 10 - 15 minute
Ingredients:
- 3 onions
- 2 garlic
- 2 green chilli
- A spoon blended chilli paste
- 2 or 3 spoon of Sweet sauce
- Salt
- 2 mackerel fish
- 1/2 Big onion
- Tomato
How to:
1 - Blend the onions, garlic, and green chilli.
2 - Cut the tomato into four. Slice the big onion.
3 - Start the fire, pour in some oil. (Not too much as you don't want it to be too oily.)
4 - Once the oil is heated, put in the blended ingredients, stir fry them until they become slightly brown.
5 - Then put in the chilli paste, mix well with stir fried.
6 - After awhile, pour in 1/3 of a cup of water. Mix it, and wait until the water is gone.
7 - Repeat step 6 twice. (This is to make sure the chilli paste is cooked well)
8 - Pour in a full cup of water, if its not enough add another half cup of water.
9 - Once they are boiling, put the salt, and the fish in.
10 - After a minute, flip the fish to the other side and put in tomato and big onion.
11 - Wait for 2-3 minute for the fish to be fully cooked and turn off the fire.
12 - Serve the dish, arrange the tomato and big onion for better presentation. Done.
